Digital delivery
Our current product is a downloadable PDF delivered immediately after successful payment. No physical item is shipped. Please review the product description, system information and free preview before completing your order.
Change of mind
Digital content cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product. Where applicable, customers are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery or downloading begins. Refunds for a change of mind after access has been provided are therefore not normally offered.
Delivery or file problems
If the download is not delivered, the link does not work, or the PDF is defective or materially different from its description, contact jacob@jacobmoth.com with the order number and the email address used at checkout. We will help restore access, replace the file or pursue an appropriate refund.
Payment refunds
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record and processes payments and refunds. Refund decisions are made in accordance with applicable law, this policy and Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights relating to digital content that is not delivered, defective or not as described.
