2. Purchases and Merchant of Record
Digital purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for the transaction. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, receipts, refunds and chargebacks. Its Buyer Terms are presented at checkout and apply to the purchase transaction.
AM Studio ApS is the supplier and rights holder responsible for the product, product description, file and customer support relating to the content.
3. The digital product
The Magic Garden & the Adventure of Self-Discovery is supplied as a fixed-layout, English-language PDF containing 718 pages. It is intended for use with standard PDF-reading software and is best viewed on a computer or tablet. No physical book, subscription, consultation or other service is included.

4. Price, payment and delivery
This is a one-time purchase. The complete amount payable, including any applicable tax, is shown in the Lemon Squeezy checkout before the order is placed. Payment is charged at checkout.
Following successful payment, the customer receives an electronic receipt and access to download the PDF at the email address provided during checkout. Customers who do not receive access, or who receive an inaccessible or defective file, should contact jacob@jacobmoth.com.
5. Personal-use licence and copyright
The purchase grants one customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the PDF for personal reading. All text, images, artworks, photographs, maps, design and other content remain protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
The file may not be shared, uploaded, resold, sublicensed, publicly displayed, reproduced or distributed, in whole or in substantial part, without prior written permission from the rights holder. Ordinary quotations for criticism, review or scholarship remain subject to applicable law and proper attribution.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
The PDF is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Where required by applicable consumer law, checkout will request the customer’s express consent to begin delivery immediately and acknowledgement that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery or downloading begins.
This does not limit mandatory rights concerning digital content that is defective, not delivered or not as described. Refund requests are considered in accordance with applicable law and Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms. Please see our Refund Policy.
7. Editorial and educational context
The book is an original artistic, autobiographical and educational work. It includes first-person accounts by Jacob Moth and contributing travellers, including descriptions of ceremonial experiences at The Magic Garden involving what Stanislav Grof calls “technologies of the sacred”: music, sound technologies, breathwork, depth-psychological methods and plant medicines. These accounts are presented within a broader exploration of transpersonal psychology, art, mythology, consciousness and long-term integration.
The Lemon Squeezy checkout offers only the digital book; no substances, plant medicines, ceremonies, therapy or other services are included in this purchase. The content is not medical, legal or therapeutic advice.
8. Website use and availability
We aim to keep descriptions and links accurate and the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may correct errors or update the website and these terms. Material changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights already acquired under a completed purchase.
